Traditional fitness spaces are built around neuronormative standards—rigid routines, sensory overload, and expectations that don’t consider different ways of thinking, feeling, and moving. That’s not what we do here.
My fitness programs are designed and personalized for neurodivergent individuals. We’ll talk about how to adapt workouts to your needs, track how movement makes you feel, and build motivation in ways that actually work for your brain.
This can look like:
-Incorporating movement breaks
-Creating a structure but with flexibility
-Incorporating exercising into your routine step by step
-Including a quieter, less overwhelming approach
-Using guides or clear explanations
-Including alternatives for if the gym feels like ‘too much’
